These guys are great. I locked up my back brakes and they were able to get my car in right away and fix it. Very reasonably priced as well. Mario has amazing​ customer service as well. Will definitely be coming back here!

Mario Contreras is always able to ensure reliable, cost effective, honest, excellent service for any of my truck engine needs. He backs up his shop's work commendably and treats women, elderly & disabled just as good as anyone else which is seldom the case in this era.

I was in a tight spot trying to find a shop that would weld my upper trailing control arms back to my frame and Mario and Los Altos saved the day. They are a very busy shop with a lot of business so don’t expect the speediest repair. I had to wait a couple days but it was worth it and they did exactly what they said they would do for the exact price. No surprises outta these guys. I highly suggest you use them and get yourself back on the road for less money and be greatful there are still shops out here doing right by their customers! Thanks Mario and staff!

Awesome and honest car repair in Omaha. They are really nearby and don’t overcharge. I just had my daughters brakes done here and trust them. For sure Mario is like old fashion home town service. Oh and you can buy your own parts and they will install them!!!!

I had my 2013 Dodge Charger towed here after dealing with another shop that totally dropped the ball—and I’m so glad I did. My dad (who’s a serious car guy) recommended Los Altos, and they didn’t disappoint. They diagnosed the real issue—my oil cooler housing had failed—and had it repaired quickly for a very fair price ($575, which is great considering the work involved). Before this, the car was overheating, leaking coolant all over the driveway, and giving me oil pressure warnings constantly. Now it runs buttery smooth. No more smoke, no more warning lights, and no more anxiety every time I turn the key. The guys here are honest, fast, and clearly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend Los Altos if you want a shop that’ll actually fix the problem without jerking you around. Thank you Mario and his team of awesome mechanics!

Wonderful service, we will be back. Mario and his staff were very kind and fair. They provided us with awesome customer service. Our car is now ready for an upcoming road trip and everything ran great after service, they did great work! The price was also extremely reasonable. I will be taking my other vehicles to them.

My muffler on my pickup truck was falling apart on Thursday past I looked at it and it was time for a replacement Late afternoon I drove by Los Altos and they were able to look my situation over quoted me a price They did a great job with the installation and my total cost was reasonable. I was asked if I could wait for them finish another job before they started It was worth the wait Thank you will see you if and when future repairs are needed.

I wouldn't take my vehicle to any one else. My truck was fixed in a timely manner, and Mario the owner is a great guy and keeps his word. I recommend to anyone needing help with there vehicle to bring it here💯
